I’m Jamie Haenggi, founder and principal of GoodwinBeckham.
For over 30 years, I’ve led sales, marketing, operations, strategy, and customer experience teams for organizations seeking transformational growth. I’ve served on public and private boards and earned recognition including an Honorary Doctorate from Taylor University and induction into both the Security Industry Hall of Fame and Direct Marketing News Hall of Femme.
What drives my work is my passion to be a catalyst for people and organizations to achieve bigger opportunities and outcomes. Whether I’m placing the right talent, developing leadership capabilities, or implementing OKRs and operating systems, I focus on creating sustainable results that outlast the engagement.
I work with only a few clients at any given time, sometimes bringing in specialized partners when needed, because I believe in going deep rather than spreading thin. Your priorities get full focus and commitment.
I’m also the founder of The Avodah Connection, a non-profit helping mission-focused organizations achieve bigger outcomes. At the heart of everything I do is helping people live their “Avodah”—a Hebrew word meaning the integration of work, purpose, and service.
